3.0Staff was friendly
− No elevator , we were only on the second floor but we had strollers and suitcases . Our key didnt work multiple times Our fridge didn’t work our food spoiled and couldn’t keep milk for our kids (2,3) which they did accommodate us. Blankets were stained pink ?? And tub had mold

− The stains in the furniture. The light in dining room flickering. I went to front desk and they were supposed to fix it but didn’t.
Not the best experience, choose another option.
2.0Bloew average cleanliness throughout our weeks stay. Went 3 days without hot water and couldnt shower. Outdoor areas like lighting, fireplace etc not working all week with no attempt to fix. No comforter on bed, used a mattress cover wrapped in a fitted sheet as a replacement. No fruit put out for the entire week. Pool cloudy with slick walls. Reported issues many times but nothing fixed.
