Cancelled my reservation just like that, no authorization.
2.0I made a reservation two months ago for 3 nights in May. For no reason at all, they sent me a cancellation notice now in March. I never cancelled this. I have called this hotel for 2 days at all hours. For me it is poorly run and their procedures are unacceptable. I have no room now. Never again. You call and no one answers. Too cheap to hire someone to answer the phone. Forget it. You will regret it.
