The AC was not working, the lowest it would go was 71 degrees which was difficult during the summer time in sacramento.
1.0The property is located in the back of a various stores … it was a bit hard to find and was not aesthetically appealing. -I did not feel safe.
− The staff.
The new lobby looks great and now they need to remodel their rooms.
8.0We have stayed at this property for years. They remodeled the lobby and added a bar and restaurant. I like it’s so easy to get to.
− Our room was facing the front so you could hear the freeway so it was noisy. I usually request to have our room in the back but I forgot this time since I was so tired!

− Lady at the front desk gave a key to someone with informing me
I would stay again, and recommend to friends and family.
9.0The breakfast was great, had all that I needed and more.
− outside the rooms was not as clean as it could of been, looked a like it could need some TLC in the common areas, dinghy looking, debrie, and could of used some paint touch up. The sofa in the room was in need of replacing not comfortable at all.

− The hotel seemed pretty run down compared to other residence inn I've stayed in. The garbage cans were overflowing and sitting outside room doors.
