2.0This hotel should be closed down. It is drug infested, prostitutes tried to solicit my husband. They had no towels. The shower was filthy, the floors were dirty, the room had a strong smell of smoke and even the sheets were dirty. They charged me a deposit which I have not received back yet. There was a fight on the balcony above us. The TV did not work and we had no hot water. There was a big concert in town so we could not change hotels. There were no more rooms available. They are not the kind of hotel that I expected to find on this website. I really want a refund.
Great service, poorly represented porperty
4.0The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Joey was particularly helpful with fixing some of our issues and had excellent customer service. The property itself was poorly represented online. The floor was sticky, the room reeked of bleach, there were bugs, everything was just slightly dirty, no comforter. Very overpriced for dirty accommodations.
