4.0The staff was very friendly and attentive
− The location was not nice, the building was old and not updated (smelly carpets should have been replaced 10 years ago), they charged an “amenity fee” for things that are expected in rooms, there is no restaurant in the hotel, there were many unsavory guests

− Couch was not clean
Everything was good.
8.0I didn’t have breakfast and location was good.
− The hotel was old and smelling no good.
It was adequate for the 2 nights.
4.0The view was great. The coffee shop next door was great. Location was great during the day, but sketchy at night.
− The air conditioning could not be turned off. No fresh air. I FROZE in the night and had to use towels to add to my meager blanket to keep warm. The front desk came up but could not help.

− Apparently the rooms are individually owned and then rendered by the hotel. Which means there is no certainty you will get the room or anything like the room that is used in the hotel advertising.
