4.0The "handicapped accessible nroom" was a death trap for a non handicapped person. No grab bars and a slippery shower floor. Then causing tha bathroom floor to flood making the whole floor slick. No raised toilet. The floors were nasty, sandy & sticky throughout the room.

4.0The rioms are trashed, the fistbroom inwas placed in looks like in remodeling process with wall watches everywhere. Lights flickering like in a horror movie. And thought they send someone to change bulbs, it still flickeres. I had to be moved to another room. A little more nicer, but the floor was disgusting dirty, lile it hasn't been proper clean in months.
