− It was an unreasonable standard for the hotel to accept check-in starting at 4 PM, but an even more unreasonable demand was that I pay 12,000 won per hour if I checked in before 4 PM. I truly believe this is a hotel that disregards its customers.
Avoid at all costs – A substandard and depressing experience
3.0The location is central and close to the Lotte mall.
− The entrance is filthy and instantly uninviting, setting a poor tone for the rest of the stay. The corridors feel more like a prison than a hotel, featuring stained, stain and grime-ridden carpets, dead plants, and unsightly metal doors. The tiny balcony was clearly ignored by cleaning staff for a very long time, rendering it unusable. Conclusion: This property is run-down, depressing, and not worth your time or money. Look elsewhere for a clean and comfortable stay.
