Beware - hotel not upto standards
2.0Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Staff was polite and keen to please but the hotel infrastructure is falling apart. The bathroom did not have any curtain showers and there were ants in the room. The room itself needed to be refurbished and was very basic. The air conditioner made so much noise that we had to shut it off and sleep uncomfortably at night. Clearly, the hotel was a major disappointment thought the staff did their best.
Poor maintained property
6.0I expected more from the property but it was very poorly maintained, the pool which was advertised was just a kids pool and not proper pool which was one of the reasons I booked this one. The staff was helpful but they can't really help with property maintenance, I saw ants on the floor near bed which came back even after cleaning. Property needs more staff, only 3 people were doing everything in there
