10.0The pre-check in made the physical check in super fast. The staff was cery friendly, and the room was clean.

2.0All the facilities were closed except the rooms. Couldn't even get into the lobby. There was dead and live roaches. Broken furniture, door lock, and tv. I plugged my phone charger in the wall and it fell out of two different plugs. Multiple light bulbs were missing. Made the reservation on expedia no problem, but had to give them another card when i arrived. With a no refund policy i chose to stay instead of sleeping in the car. Im glad my family wasn't with me and i was just passing through.

DISGUSTING.
2.0September 2025. This place was absolutely disgusting. The lobby was locked up so we had to check in through a window. There was a sign that said the lobby, breakfast, and pool were unavailable for the safety of their employees. Our group had 3 rooms - one had roaches, spiders, and mold; one had termites; and the other one we couldn't get the keys to work. The place is supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. None of us stayed and we all insisted on refunds. We did not expect luxury. We really expected very little based on the price. What we did expect was for it to be clean, and we didn't get that. This place is very poorly run, and not maintained at all. It should not be under the Wyndham name. We drove to the next town and found a different hotel - the night manager there said "let me guess, you came from the Days Inn in Picayune."
