Clean, quiet, priced right...our 3 main concerns.We'll definitely stay here on our next M'town trip.
9.0This location is excellent for anyone accessing the medical complex nearby. This hotel was much quieter than the other "big brand" hotel we had stayed in earlier in the week & this one cost less than half as much ($80 vs $200). The $200/night hotel we stayed in earlier had an absolutely *scuzzy* bathtub(!!), parking lot spotlights shining directly in the window, & traffic noises (drag races, etc) going on all night! The Motel 6 room was quiet, extremely clean, & very spacious (huge!) with a king-size bed (not 2 Queens in an average room for just 2 people!). We don't know what this location is like during football season, with the Hope Coliseum right up the hill within "hiking" distance, but it was ideal for us & convenient (an easy 1.5-2 miles maybe) to the Ruby Hospital Medical Center.
− The king-size bed wasn't quite as comfortable as hoped for but we have had *much* worse elsewhere & paid alot more for alot less comfort. Biggest complaint is that the room lighting was very poor... lamps at bedside didn't work at all & the one floor lamp was definitely insufficient. The outside grounds need some landscaping... all the pavement is a little off putting but don't judge the book by the cover. Morning staff said renovations were being done still.

7.0It was quiet and easy to access. It was what I expected for a motel 6.
− The free coffee was the absolute worst coffee ever. Not hot at all, the staff recommended taking it back to the room and microwaving it. I think they used the grounds more than once to brew the pot. I have had tea darker than the coffee. It didn't smell like coffee and barely tasted like coffee. It was what broken dreams and sadness are made of.
