Bardzo miły personel, pomógł nam ze wszystkim. Fajny basen. I możliwość integracji z innymi podróżnikami, super sprawa.

Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Staff was always there to help out and they organise lots of activities. They provide a small towel and have a hair dryer. Breakfast was good and you can choose your portions.

− Location is quite far away from the centre so you have to use Yandex to move around.

- staff at the reception was incredibly helpful and spent a great amount of time helping us setup our Kyrgyz SIM cards

Good hostel, friendly staff and nice pool area. Good value for money and quite clean.

− Bedroom could do with some mood lighting or a bedside table light.... couldn't read books at night etc.

Offrono varie attività e trekking organizzati, che però non abbiamo provato. La camera era relativamente pulita e il personale gentile.

− L'ostello è troppo costoso per i servizi che offre. La stazione dei bus di fianco è chiusa, e si trova molto lontano dal centro città. A colazione era tutto gelido dal frigorifero, meglio prendere un taxi e andare in qualche buon bar in città. Gli spazi che nelle foto di booking sembrano accoglienti e puliti sono piuttosto vecchi e non particolarmente calorosi. Sinceramente le mie aspettative erano diverse, non ci tornerei sicuramente.

Swimming pool, tours run from here, good value decent private rooms

− I don’t normally bother with reviews but felt I had to here… Decent hostel but the staff were hilariously bad. Honestly laugh or cry stuff. Basically run by kids who had no idea what they were doing nor seemingly any soft skills at all. More interested in watching videos on their phones whilst on duty. Power cut in the whole building which led to no running water. Obviously out of their control and so zero blame apportioned here, but absolutely no attempt to solve the issue or come up with any work arounds. When I asked for a partial refund as we had paid for private bathroom that was now redundant, i was reluctantly offered free breakfast as compensation. This was no good to me as leaving early next day and frankly not sure I’d have wanted to eat stuff that had been unrefrigerated for >12 hrs. Manager seemed personally offended that I’d even posed the question of a refund or a small level of goodwill to make up for the rather significant inconvenience. Going on a tour to remote areas of Kyrgyzstan the following day so needed to charge up devices. Suggestion was to just go and leave our stuff at a nearby “ sister” accomodation building to charge up… Given electricity outage, water pump to first floor wasn’t working…Couldn’t have a shower, brush teeth, flush toilet etc in our private bathroom, yet insisted we had to pay for a bottle of water each…when I refused, they tried to throw us out the hostel at 22:30pm 🤣🤣. Honestly bewildering. Communication also terrible about arranging transport for a tour we had booked THROUGH the hostel! They were happy to take our money but left us to arrange transport for it at the last minute despite saying they’d done it already. A staggering experience, which is a shame because the hostel itself is quite good. Hopefully just a one off but given the staff, I suspect not!
