6.0Everything was fine: clean room and linens. Bedbugs the next morning. Got bit. Caught the bedbugs, took one to the front desk to alert staff. Staff claimed it wasn’t a bedbug. It absolutely was a bedbug as I took the other captured bugs and confirmed with an exterminator before I went home. I didn’t want any money back or anything because the stay was fine throughout the night. Just want to let staff know so it could be taken care of.
