2.0Oh my goodness I wish I could give them 0 stars... The room was not even clean and the toilet even had poop on when we checked in. What is going on!??

6.0The room wasnt clean there was hair everywhere. On the walls and tub itself. On the toilet hair hanging off the hangers. Old bobby pins behind bathroom door. Doors were really nasty. The staff were very nice absolutely no problems w any member encountered. Breakfast wasnt so great not much to choose from w so many different diets. There was white n wheat bread for toast waffles n 2 types if cereal. No fruits at all. Coffee was good. Also the hotels that dont offer handicapped accommodations need to state they dont offer those services. Was n need of handicapp accommodations n was unaware it wasnt offered until check in and couldnt cancel reservation.
