1.0I didn't like anything about it
− The lady at front desk was rude and they barely had any towels in the room and when I called down for more towels the lady was rude about it and never told anyone so we had to go get them ourselves. The AC didn't work and it was over 90 degrees outside which made it miserable to sleep. The parking was also very horrible.
This shows a serious failure in both cleanliness policies and staff responsibility. If this is how they handle something

− I’m honestly disgusted with the lack of cleanliness and accountability at this hotel. While staying here, I found dog feces under the AC unit inside my room—completely unacceptable. I immediately reported it to the front desk and gave them my room number, expecting basic housekeeping standards to be enforced.

− Room was not ready even though I extended the check in time from early check in to 3pm. Shower has not been kept up, cleanliness is not their strength. Smoke detector missing, visible cables
