1.0Location off freeway & Graton Casio for Clint Black Concert.
− No Breakfast, Prostitution and Drug Deal in Back Parking lot. Cockroaches in the room. Afraid to sleep under the covers. Slept on top. Very intoxicated neighbor upstairs. Ran front end of car onto sidewalk. Offered my son drugs, alcohol and to come upstairs with him. Which the neighbor had a hard time getting up the stairs... Then a young girl offered herself to my son that morning while packing up the car. Cockroaches in the room and bathroom running across the floor.

− the outside was super sketchy they had coffee pots in the room but no actual coffee. only those Lil bags of instant you have to get from the office. only 1 person working if there's 2 or 3 in the office will actually speak to people never saw the onsite breakfast you can purchase

7.0Great location, near my destination. When moving into the room provided, there was a live cockroach on the floor next to the bed. The office clerk provided us a new room. The new room was clean, no cockroaches or other pests, had hot/cold water, and was comfortable. During my short one-day stay, the other guests in the hotel were civil, well behaved, well mannered. No deplorables were seen loitering in the parking lot of the hotel.

1.0the location of the property is right off the freeway. easy to get around and a lot of food places nearby.
− This was the most disgusting motel i have ever stayed in. the floor was black and hadn't been mopped in months. the amount of crime and drugs in the parking lot was insane and every single night, ems/fire rescue was at the hotel. they make you pay an extra deposit at check in, and refused to even give us a few extra towels for the pool. during the whole weekend room service never once checked in and getting any kind of service was impossible.
