10.0The hotel room was so amazing. The facilities and amenities were clean and working well and latest. It was near some attractions and I walked to the Arc de triompe. The lady I found at the reception was very friendly and kind. I forgot her name.

10.0We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and even before our arrival when we were exchanging messages. Every team member, from the receptionists to the breakfast and housekeeping staff, contributed to a truly pleasant experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of delicious options. The location couldn't be better, close enough to walk to all the main attractions in Paris, while still being in a peaceful and safe area. And metro station was approximately 10min walk. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds ensured a great night's sleep.

8.0De nos jours, la mise à disposition d’une bouteille d’eau et d’un mini-bar avec des jus est un vrai plus. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte sans être dérangé par le bruit extérieur. Le personnel est très poli et attentionné. Une très bonne expérience !
− La douche arrosait un peu partout, mais finalement cela m’a permis de gaspiller moins d’eau que d’habitude :-)
