Przyjemny apartament w centrum Krakowa
9.0Przyjemny apartament w centrum Krakowa, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Widać, że wszystko jest nowe (albo bardzo zadbane). Miejsce parkingowe było dużym atutem. Apartament położony blisko centrum, ale też w razie czego komunikacji publicznej, bardzo blisko dworca. Cicha okolica (osiedle apartamentowców) z placem zabaw dla dzieci na ogrodzonym terenie. Obsługa jest częściowo zautomatyzowana (przez co po początkowych trudnościach po przyjeździe ciężko było nam się dodzwonić), ale jest też "żywa osoba" pod telefonem w pogotowiu, która była bardzo pomocna.
− Proces zameldowania, a zwłaszcza wymeldowania był dość skomplikowany - pilot do bramy garażowej czekał, a potem musiał być zostawiony w pokoju, więc żeby móc wjechać do garażu, gdzie mieliśmy zarezerwowane miejsce parkingowe, najpierw jedna osoba musiała się zameldować, a przy wymeldowaniu - musieliśmy zapakować wszystkie rzeczy, wyjechać a potem wrócić dość długi kawałek do pokoju zostawić pilota do bramy (podczas gdy przed osiedlem nie ma gdzie stanąć chociaż na chwilę, więc kierowca jeździł w tym czasie w kółko osiedla - przy 1 osobie byłoby to niemożliwe...). Apartament, w tym układ łóżek, różnił się od widoku na zdjęciach i w opisie, co spowodowało dla nas pewne trudności po przyjeździe.

− Brak sklepu na osiedlu 😳trzeba było iść na osiedle obok o tam jest Lewiatan i Żabka ale żeby przejść na to osiedle to niestety trzeba iść przez niezbyt przyjemną okolice stare zabudowania pełne szemranego towarzystwa 😳trochę strach 😧
