Pros and Cons
8.0Pros: Good location. Plenty of paid parking spots (blue-white). Well equipped kitchen. Cons: Very thin walls and you hear every single voice from apartments next door. Renovations in progress in the building (first floor), and almost every other surrounding building. Uncomfortable beds. The company is holding several properties that are sold under same name (in the same neighborhood), so you never know which apartment are you going to get. However, the prices are affordable and places are clean. We used the apartment just to sleep and spent most of the time traveling in north Israel. If you need to spend more time in the apartment (and you have kids), you should re-consider your choices. All in all, nice and affordable accommodation to sleep, while you spend rest of your time somewhere else.
