10.0Ein kleines Problem mit den Handtüchern wurde ernst genommen und rasch gelöst.
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel und gut gelegen.
8.0Die Unterkunft war für unsere Zwecke und für eine Übernachtung vor Bilbao gut gelegen. Direkt neben Restaurants und einem Supermarkt. Sauber, gute Kommunikation und problemloser Check-in mit Türcode. Betten waren sehr gemütlich, Bad geräumig.
− Parkplatzsituation schwierig. Könnte etwas mehr Dekoration, Nachttische u.ä. für mehr Gemütlichkeit gebrauchen.

8.0Estaba bastante limpio, era moderno y funcional. Zona cercana a bares, restaurantes y comercios. También muy cercano a estación de bus y tren (transporte público indispensable para moverse por el País Vasco)
