Beautiful hotel and great customer service.
7.0Customer service was excellent. Very clean. Very comfortable temperature. Free coffee that seemed to be always available.
− My room card never worked in the parking lot. The staff was always ready to help me. I’m not sure what was wrong with the system. According to Priceline parking was supposed to be included. It was not. I’d recommend updating that through Priceline.

10.0The location was convenient. Located behind a mall with lots of food choices. The room was very large with a full size refrigerator and freezer.
− The bathroom was too small. I had to back up into the shower in order to open the door.
