Like something out of a Disney movie
10.0A truly fantastic stay - excellent service from the moment we arrived. Was given heaps of helpful information including advice on where and how to park. The hotel is slap bang in the middle of the most picturesque place we have ever been. The room was traditionally Austrian (no A/C but manageable) with a welcome gift on the pillow and discounts for the local area emailed shortly after check in. The hotel provides coffee and pastries in the lounge in the afternoon and the breakfast was perfect with a huge selection (including an omelette stay) - the highlight was meeting Simba the furry mascot although each and every member of the team went above and beyond.
