1.0− My room smelled mold and mildew they had the air all the way up so when you turn it to a normal temp you could smell the mold and mildew and I got a headache and I ask for to me moved and they lied and said there was no available room I went online and seeing that they had availability and I showed it to the lady and then she act like her manager told her that they cannot move rooms and I asked to call a manager. She said her manager won’t be until Monday and I was 4 1/2 hours away from home and I left and travel back home.
