4.0The room didn’t look like the pictures online. The faucet of the bathroom sink only ran cold water, the shower never got above luke warm. The towels smelled like old urine. I spoke with staff and they didn’t really care. No offer for clean towels or anything. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, there are cheaper ones in the area that have cleaner rooms and better customer service.

2.0No communication. I have messaged, and called with no response. I left a message for management to call me and my number was taken down. Never got a call was just told by the lady that answered the phone that my issue should of been takrn care of the night before. It was not taken care of and i have not gotten a call back.
