− Personnel qui ne comprend pas le français, hôtel très mal entretenue, odeur d'humidité intense dans les chambres, propreté aucune, nous sommes rester pendant 3 jours et il n'ont jamais fait la chambre. La piscine est carrément dégeulasse nous n'avons pas voulu nous baigner tellement c'était répugnant, plein de vieux matelas empilé juste à côté de la piscine. Bref je ne conseil à personne de booker cette hôtel.

6.0I liked how overall the cleanliness it was, especially in the main area and in the rooms
− Unfortunately The bed was not super comfortable. It was kind of hard and I kept waking up to adjust. There was also old mattresses and furniture in the pool area that left little room to be able to sit and watch the kids play at the pool and not get splashed. There was some rust in the bathroom in the tub. They didn't have any sugar or cream for the coffee and we did not get to have the breakfast as we had to leave earlier than 7:00 a.m. to get to our destination
I was disappointed. Would like to stay there again with a group in October but can’t without knowing it’s improved.

− Rust in bathtub. No breakfast the first day and a disappointing one after that. Mold in elevator near a fan. Elevator made concerning noises Stains on floors. Hot water in shower was too hot and not adjustable.
