7.0− I didn’t have a person come clean my room the entire trip that I stayed.
Very disappointed this time
4.0− The bed was not very comfortable: it was squeaky and when my partner would move, the whole bed would shake. The jacuzzi was broken. Unlike last year, we were charged $25 for checking in a half hour before "official" check-in time (which is already a very late check-in time) and $20/night to keep a car. The sub-par room was already too expensive (with taxes, close to $400/night). No premium channels. Terrible coffee. The elevator broke twice while we tried to use it and there was some duct tape holding frayed carpet on the main floor. Very disappointed this time; will look elsewhere next time.
