10.0Good weather very handy for town center easy to get around the Island good restaurants nearby to choose from. Friendly staff and good service.
Family stay
8.04 night stay, family of 4 in family room, this was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is noticeably clean and staff friendliness and helpfulness was outstanding. Nelson on the front desk deserves a mention for excellent customer care. The hotel is well located and there is an excellent breakfast. We are in the bar once and again food was good.

8.0The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming. Lots to choose from at breakfast. Parking is available which is a huge plus. The family room (120) was fine for our stay. We had issues with the water pressure. The showers aren’t the best. The double bed is a little on the small side and the rooms can be very hot but a fan is provided. The noise outside is quite bad. You have the luxury of using their sister hotel for the leisure facilities. Overall we had an okay stay at the Best Western. The staff make this hotel what it is.

6.0We experienced issues particularly in the shower room : 1) took several minutes before hot water materialized 2) water leaked from the shower head water cable, 3 Water stopped completely coming out of the shower head for a few minutes then temperature could not be controlled Additionally whenever guests passed by outside the room , the whole room shook

10.0Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day. No air con but fans are provided. Large spacious family room with 1 double and 2 singles. Lots of clothes storage. Some of the furniture and decor is a bit tired. Room was a bit noisy from road below. No leisure facilities but were able to use the nearby Monterey which was also fabulous. Amazing roof terrace at the Royal. Bar food in both hotels was lovely and same friendly service in both. Would recommend.
