10.0We were allowed an early check in after traveling all night>
Wonder place but request upper floor because ceiling above us sounded like elephants stomping around
9.0It was very clean, modern and smelled new. Everything worked as intended and the handicapped shower was a real blessing! Would return anytime!! Staff was nice and there was a half way decent choice of foods at breakfast.
− I gave advice that if they have the spaces to alternate rooms that are full. Because it was extremely noisy and I don’t know what was above us but it sounded like an elephant stomping above us late into the night and before 6am in the morning. I was hoping and excited to sleep in because check out was noon. But because of the noise above we couldn’t sleep and left early after grabbing a bite.
I would stay at a Tru hotel by Hilton again.
9.0The check-in staff (evening) was delightful and very welcoming! The TV was an exceptional size and quality.
− The breakfast was a little disappointing. The yogurt machine was not working and the fruit was too ripe.
