Ok but other hotels can suit our needs better
6.0Convenient when we travel to our second home
− The policy on pets goes back and forth, sometimes they charge and then sometime they don’t charge. We have 2 low maintenance cats and to tell me you spend $80 “special cleaning” that room is false. I clean the room when I arrive and when I leave so know there isn’t any special cleaning. The staff were not friendly and will not stay at the I hotel again even though we have stayed there multiple times
I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Everything was wonderful except for the bed.
5.0Everything was very clean. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
− The bed was extremely uncomfortable. At one point, my husband just sat up, and laid against the padded headboard to sleep. I tossed all night and woke up with my back hurting and an awful headache.
