7.0The location is the best advantage of this property! It is in the middle of shopping paradise in Bogota. Walking distance to mall & shops. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull!
− The rooms were outdated. Beds were very small. Bathroom was very small. There were construction works being done in or next to the building so the whole day drilling and noise. And this was not informed during booking. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the people in the next room sneeze.

8.0Excellent location in the heart of Zona T, within walking distance of shopping malls, restaurants, cafés, and bars. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast offered a good variety with high-quality products. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
− The shower was disappointing. The water pressure was quite weak, and it took around 10 minutes for the hot water to reach a comfortable temperature. This was the only aspect that fell below our expectations.
Reservations for 10 or more rooms are considered group reservations and will have a different cancellation policy than single reservations. The property will contact you to provide further information about this policy.
As per Colombia´s tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival.
