Absolutely Worth It
10.0Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious. Ice and water on every floor. It was a very cozy experience. The 12pm checkout was the best part.
− Only qualm is get curtains that cover the windows entirely - the sun beams in on the Eastern side of the building.
Be Careful
1.0− I rarely leave negative reviews, but I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. After checking out, we realized we had accidentally left two expensive shirts hanging in the closet—an Ed Hardy shirt and official MGK tour merchandise with both monetary and sentimental value. We contacted the hotel right away, but were simply told the items “weren’t found.” My biggest disappointment isn’t just that the shirts are missing, it’s the lack of concern or effort to investigate. We were left on hold for an extended period and never felt like anyone genuinely tried to help or thoroughly look into what happened. If you stay here, I strongly recommend double-checking your room before you leave and keeping track of your belongings. Based on our experience, if something is left behind, you may not get it back.
