− Our room smelt of smoke the floors looked clean but our feet were black.

− Our room stunk of cigarettes so I asked if we could move to a new room and the staff were amazing moving us straight away, no problem at all. Unfortunately though it was extremely noisy with another guest in a close room chatting loudly till 3am. Other guests arriving and leaving were also noisy so the walls are not real thick!
