− Paying extra for usable wifi but the rate was not bad.
Overall, a good stay with standout hospitality and a few areas for improvement.
7.0Great location, very quiet room, and very accommodating staff who gave us everything we asked for. Good coffee and grab-and-go cereal and muffin. Good value for money. Cleanliness is okay. To become even better, the hotel should consider moving the smoking area farther from the main doors, improving cleanliness around the entrance, and enhancing lobby ventilation to reduce unwanted smells upon entry.
− The slow free WiFi connection, the odor at the entry of the reception, and smoking directly at the front of the main entrance.
