9.0I like the location as it is very near to Q-Sta mall. The cafe nearby Mizui is good for breakfast. It is also convenient to wash clothes.

− not good airflow, not enought windows , too narrow bedroom, hard to walk through the beds. dust in the bed room. No Dry clothes machine.
