This place was a dump. I should receive a partial refund.
1.0− The restaurant and bar were closed; no Genius breakfast. Key cards did not work for outside entrances, and their credit card reader rejected a deposit, resulting in a security alert from Visa. Shabby.
RIDICULOUS, HORRENDOUS HOTEL !
2.0Ironically, the first question here is how was the breakfast? EXACTLY? Still looking for it as upon checkin we were told we don't serve breakfast anymore ! The whole reason we stayed there. FALSE ADVERTISING IN BOLD LETTERS AND VERBAL STATEMENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
− NO BREAKFAST BUT FREE BREAKFAST ADVERTISED! Pool was filthy and the railing at the pool entry almost pulled out of the slot! Twice we returned to the hotel and we stated at the second building and the door was open creating a very dangerous security breach! This hotel is not secure and particularly unsafe for women being on their own!
