Great pool and great rooftop restaurant. Spacious clean room with a great view of Los Angeles. Friendly staff.

− There was no room service for part of the day. There were no restaurants open all the time.

− le ménage n'était jamais fait dans la chambre, pas d'eau, pas de serviette propre. la vue des chambres est catastrophique, la salle de sport minuscule. Le parking était payant,70 dollars par jour c'est énorme.

Wonderful Stay in West Hollywood

We really enjoyed our stay at this five-star hotel in West Hollywood. The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area. The room we received was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The hotel also has a rooftop pool with beautiful views of the city.

Reasonable, but perhaps didn’t live up to my expectations

Location, facilities were reasonable.

− Room service, for the expense and the rating of this hotel, I would have expected a daily room service as a standard offering, it was offered upon request only, so I requested it on the first day, but never received it at all, so I specifically asked for new towels on day 3 only to find the new towels placed on the bed, not even in the bathroom?

Great staff, location and value

Very friendly staff, particularly the older Pakistani man (name escapes me!) who tended bar and served breakfast, just a wonderful man, I enjoyed talking to him so much. Everyone was great, price, location, everything worked well and I'll stay there again if I need to come back to LA
