4.0She moved us to a room without mold in the air-conditioner
− Mold in the ac. Went to the front desk and asked to be moved, she acted like i was lying. She asked if we messed up the room at all. We were they for maybe 15 min. Breakfast was very small. Went to the dinner, they made you feel bad about getting the free breakfast. They give you the smallest Styrofoam cup for coffee and tell you you can only have one refill.

− TV didn't work. Door had a large gap when locked for hot air to come in. Safety latch was broken.
