2.0The hotel is totally fake in the picture. The rooms were smaller than it showed in the picture. It wasn’t worth the money. There was no lake next to it. Which was shown in the pictures. For the first time I got scam.

2.0We were charged a lot more money for the booking just because we booked in advance. Lake view is just a myth, you hardly get any lake view. The staff is not very helpful and cooperative. The Royal suite was just overpriced and similar to any other room. The only good thing about this place was the food of Qala.
