Very comfortable and wonderful staff!
9.0I use a cane and one of the times I came back to the room from an outing, my key card wouldn't work. But after the outing I was in a lot of pain and very tired. I called the front desk and they brought me up a card and helped me. Absolutely the most helpful, pleasant and thoughtful staff. They also brought me up a luggage cart when I was leaving, I was very grateful to them. All in all just the best hotel staff I've encountered in a very long time.
