Прекрасная гостиница за свои деньги
10.0Очень достойный отель с прекрасным местоположением. Единственное замечание – завтраки. Первый раз был в этой гостинице в 2019, тогда был шведский стол, несколько видов горячего, закуски. Сейчас же дают ланчбокс ссылаясь на предписания Роспотребнадзора, но что мешало делать завтраки под заказ, хотя касаемо горячего – остаётся загадкой. Но всё же это больше придирки) и в остальном гостиница отличная!

10.0Идеальное сочетание цены и качества. Отель очень удобно расположен. В номерах высокие потолки и очень хорошая шумоизоляция. Хороший косметический ремонт. Хорошо обустроена кухня. Большая обеденная зона. Единственный минус, в отелеинесколько этажей, асв доме нет лифта, пожилым людям будет не комфортно, но нам очень повезло, номер был чистый светлый и комфортный на втором этаже. Конечно, есть отели более премиального уровня, но этот отель в своей ценновой категории выше всяких похвал

8.0Останавливались на один день, удобное расположение, от московского вокзала 10 мин спокойным шагом. Администратор вежливый. Не понравилось, что все вопросы решает обслуживающий персонал. Мы приехали рано в 10 утра, ждали администратора, чтобы оформить документы и оставить вещи в отеле, чтобы не носить с собой, уборщицы хамили, мол заселение после 14:00, придёте потом. Мы вернулись ровно в 14:00. Три раза меняли номер, тк войдя внутрь нашему вниманию представлялись неубранные кровати, скомканные полотенца и горы мусора. За завтраком та же ситуация. Видимо уборщицам лень убираться то время, которое положено и выполнять работу на совесть. Она несколько раз входила, пока мы кушали, а потом села рядом с видом «нечего рассиживаться». Ужасное впечатление.
Прекрасная гостиница
10.0Прекрасная гостиница! Доброжелательный персонал, хорошая уборка в номере, свежий ремонт. Расположен близко к Московскому вокзалу и метро. Единственный нюанс - со слов персонала, данные с hotels.com о типе кровати почему-то не передаются в гостиницу, но этот вопрос легко решился на месте.
