10.0Amazing location. You can't beat it. And the best view.

− Laundry in the garage was a hassle. No powder room upstairs. Fair bit of noise when sleeping in the main bedroom (attached to house next to but) so could hear everything that was happening next door.
A fabulous stay in Port Fairy if you are looking at spending time on East Beach.
8.0Amazing view from the balcony and lounge room. Perfect location for East Beach.
− A little weathered around windows and doors needing some TLC maintenance attention. The balcony door gets quite stuck trying to open.
