− -všeobecná čistota v celém objektu -noční stolek špinavý s otisky sklenic, prach ve skříních, okolo postele, umolousané-utlapané zrcadlo - zápach od kuřáků ve společných prostorách-za mě nepřípustné tam kde bydlí děti - čistota v jídelně, kávovar špinavý -snídaňové pečivo vše rozmražené
