10.0J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel. Le personnel était serviable, chaleureux et attentionné. J'aurais juste une remarque à formuler : les serviettes suspendues ne doivent pas être changées. J'ai suivi les instructions affichées dans la salle de bain pour le changement des serviettes, mais celles que j'avais suspendues ont quand même été changées. J'aurais aimé qu'elles soient laissées pour le bien de l'environnement. Cependant, je n'hésiterais pas à retourner dans cet hôtel et à le recommander chaudement à un ami. Merci, et bravo à tous !

10.0I only stayed for a night but i did see a lot in a day in Lyon. Room is in a small side but i didnt mind. Walking distance to the train station. The staff was very helpful when i asked about restaurants (authentic food). Close to old town and easily walkable.
