7.0I and my husband had in July this year a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel had a good location, the room u clean and the breakfast good, the reception staff were always friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Kadirov Mirdjalal at the reception. He was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. His positive attitude made us feel truly welcome. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

10.0A big shout-out to the reception staff! The moment I entered the property, I was greeted with a pleasant smile—unlike at the Marriott Baku Boulevard. It made me wonder why I didn't book a room here in the first place. While the location is a bit far from downtown, the cleanliness was good, and there are lots of RESTURANTS and shopping centers nearby. Everything else ticks all the boxes.

10.0I stayed during a business trip and I couldn't have picked a better place for the experience. The hotel was extremely clean, quiet, well-organised, and very comfortable throughout my stay. The room had everything I needed, and the bathroom was fantastic. Another major point for me was the Wi-Fi quality, especially because I was travelling for business, and the Wi-Fi was phenomenal — reliable, fast, and exactly what I needed for working during my stay. The staff were excellent from start to finish: polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. The cleaning staff were also lovely — one of the ladies kindly gave me extra waters and was very attentive. A special mention goes to the hotel manager, Saida, who was fantastic and went above and beyond by helping arrange a partial refund for extra days I had booked but did not end up using. Overall, this was a great experience. I will absolutely continue staying here on future visits to Baku, and I would also be very happy booking this hotel for my employees and business guests. Highly recommended.
− Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about my stay. Everything was clean, quiet, professional, and very well organised. The staff were extremely helpful, the Wi-Fi was excellent for a business trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.
