8.0Personnel tres sympathique serviable à l écoute. Ils m’ont répété “merci pour votre honnêteté monsieur” Une jeune à la reception m’a dépanné pour un mal de pieds … bien entendu la proximité c’est ce que je cherchais (( c est aussi un hotel que j ai fréquenté entre 2012/2015)
− La duree du dej a rallonger Manque d innovation pour les pti dej ( chaque jour meme design meme produits montre un manque de créativité et vs risquez de tomber dans l ordinaire. Vs pouvez ameliorer cette prestation

− La vue sur les entrepôts et l arrière de hôtel réception des marchandises impossible de choisir sa chambre

− La salle de bains pas très pratique et la salle petit déjeuner sol collant.
Hôtel agréable mais de gros efforts à faire pour en indiquer l’accès à partir de la gare
7.0Le personnel d’accueil, les équipements et le confort de la chambre, son calme.
− La difficulté à trouver l’établissement en arrivant gare Marseille Saint Charles. En arrivant après 22:00 je me suis sentie en grande insécurité dans la gare et ai été harcelée par des sdf. Pas d’indication visible d’accès à l’ibis.
