Bed bugs, soiled mattress
1.0Staff were friendly BUT...
− Staff do not answer emails, phone is disconnected and now I know why. I stayed for all of 2mins. My room was full of bed bugs and the mattress looked like atleast 7 diff people had soiled it. (Photos to follow) I had to leave as it was almost midnight when I booked in and find a new hotel. I havent been given my refund as they do not answer emails or requests.

7.0We arrived later on a Saturday evening the bar was busy the music and singer was amazing. We settled into our room. Was clean and tidy and well appointed for the price. The staff were wonderful as were the locals with conversation and joy. Great evening experience of a local pub hotel. Cheers from Roger. New Zealand.
− The beers on tap were 1 pound cheaper than other hotels. So I had to buy more
