10.0The rooms at Sycuan are lovely. Spacious, with high ceilings. We also had a balcony, which was so nice. The casino was lively and fun. A great variety of machines to play. All the employees were exceptional.

6.0We did not stay at the Sycuan. When we drove up, it was a 10 or so story cement hotel with a 4-story parking garage. We were unable to figure out where to check in. The employees milling about were unsmiling and no one tried to flag us down or help us as we tried to figure things out. The whole place was not what we expected at all. My husband is disabled and not able to do a lot of walking. After driving for 8 hours from Cedar City, Utah, it was frustrating and disappointing. I called that night and cancelled and at least the person on the phone was courteous. The photos of the hotel were, in our opinion, deceptive - we saw no outdoor pool or green lawns. It was ugly.

10.0Best place to relax by the pool and getaway from the hustle and bustle. Rooms are usually fantastic, but this time around they put us in a room right next to the elevator. Not the best, and the smell of cigarette drowned the room, never had that problem before. It made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, my stay was wonderful. Staff was excellent.
