10.0Everything was exceptional. The riad was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was delicious and prepared with great care. What impressed us the most was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A very special thank you to Lotfi, the owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He was incredibly kind, generous, and always available whenever we needed anything. We were traveling with our little child, who has food allergies, and the team took extra care with every meal to make sure it was safe for him. Their genuine concern and attention gave us complete peace of mind. We truly felt like part of the family and would happily stay here again.

10.0Beautiful building, intimate with only 11 rooms. Ours was quite large and had a great shower. Very accommodating staff. Good a.c.

− 到达该酒店不要靠谷歌导航酒店，直接导航Parking Om El Banine（325C+855, Rue Bab El Hadid, Fes）或者谷歌地图导航34°03'30.4"N 4°58'45.3"W停车。 其他入口进来，让你停车，搬运行李的时候，绝对不要上当受骗！车停好或者没停车位，三分钟走到酒店，老板会派人帮忙安排停车位！搬运行李。我到达菲斯第一刻就已经上当受骗，好在老板派人重新给我安排了这个停车位置。 同时，告诉各位朋友，在菲斯谷歌导航足够，不要在南门附近购物，不要相信任何“好心人”带路，包括十几岁的小孩，都会找你要高额的小费！买东西一定要还价，问清楚是迪拉姆还是美元，欧元！更要谨防扒手！安全第一
