1.0We booked and they wouldn’t let us check in said they were fully booked so we didn’t get to stay
Terrible Bed Reviews are Right! Do not ignore them.
2.0Terrible king sized bed that sagged on both sides and springs poking through. I shared this when checking out. Manager was not available to address my concerns. I emailed the manager right after checking out. It has been 4 business days and I have not heard back. This is not what I have come to expect at a Travelodge establishment.
This hotel is not being maintained well & is over-priced.
4.0Towels were clean & fresh smelling. Breakfast was good. Check-in clerk was helpful & pleasant.
− We were given a room which reeked of dog. Much of fixings needs maintenance... sink leaks, no screens for windows which opened, tap came off when I went to use it, lamp switch was busted, curtains didn't cover ground floor window, inadequate towels in our room which was reserved upon arrival, pillows without pillowcases, pothole at entrance.
