− Spare sheets were heavily stained; light went out suddenly while taking a shower and didn’t come back on; pool was very dirty and in need of maintenance (dingy scum line and full of leaves)

− I didn’t like that the suite’s bathroom was only accessible through the bedroom. The person who was traveling with me slept in the living room, so they had wake me to walk through the bedroom to use the restroom.
Love the space for our family! The kids loved the pool and basketball courts! Excellent staff!
9.0The staff was so kind! Everyone was helpful and friendly from the front desk to the maids to the breakfast staff. By far one of the friendliest staffs we have encountered!
