Wish we booked somewhere else
3.0The breakfast was fairly good
− We didn't get the room that we paid for. We didn't receive a refund for the lesser room. The attendant at the desk was very rude to my wife during check in. Once we gave in to the bad situation he did play nice. Our towels were either used or not properly washed. The room had damage to the walls (looked like water damage). The sofa bed didn't have sheets on it. (Not to do with the hotel or staff) There was a family on the floor that let their kids run wild at all hours and kept waking us up (including our one year old).
